WHO: The following awards will be presented at this year’s Film Awards:Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell (Chairman’s Award), Carey Mulligan (International Star Award, Actress), Cillian Murphy (Desert Palm Achievement Award, Actor), Colman Domingo (Spotlight Award, Actor), Danielle Brooks (Spotlight Award, Actress), Da’Vine Joy Randolph (Breakthrough Performance Award), Emma Stone (Desert Palm Achievement Award, Actress), Greta Gerwig (Director of the Year), Jeffrey Wright (Career Achievement Award), Paul Giamatti (Icon Award), and Killers of the Flower Moon – director, Martin Scorsese, executive producer and actor, Leonardo DiCaprio and actor, Lily Gladstone (Vanguard Award).
Presenters are: America Ferrera, Blitz Bazawule, Lenny Kravitz, Leslie Uggams, Margot Robbie, Mark Ruffalo, Meryl Streep, Robert Downey, Jr., Sandra Oh, Taraji P. Henson, and Willem Dafoe.

WHAT: The 35th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF), will hold its Film Awards at the Palm Springs Convention Center on Thursday, January 4, 2024, hosted by Mary Hart. Honorees will be presented with either the John Kennedy “The Entertainer” statue or a Chihuly Glass Sculpture. The event will be sponsored by Entertainment Tonight and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
